Location: Austin and Houston | Full-Time

We’re looking for a polished, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and office assets. This is a client-facing role requiring proactive communication, vendor coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for commercial properties
  • Coordinate repairs, vendors, and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction and lease compliance
  • Track expenses and prepare monthly owner reports
  • Support CapEx planning and annual budgeting

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in commercial property management
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and building operations
  • Experience with platforms like AppFolio or Buildium a plus

Licensed Real Estate Agent

Location: Remote | Commission-Based

Transaction Coordinator

Location: Remote | Part-Time or Contract

Moteeva is looking for a detail-driven, deadline-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our team of agents and ensure seamless closings. This role is critical to delivering the elevated, stress-free experience our clients expect. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps every deal on track — from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage transaction files from executed contract to closing
  • Track critical dates (option period, financing, appraisal, closing)
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance and file documentation accuracy
  • Support agents by preparing disclosures, addenda, and forms
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer questions

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions (residential or commercial)
  • Familiarity with Texas contracts and TREC forms
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Tech-savvy (DocuSign, ZipForms, Google Workspace, CRM platforms)
  • Friendly, professional communicator
  • Able to manage multiple transactions without dropping the ball
